我国大型循环流化床锅炉机组运行现状

摘    要:循环流化床锅炉因其燃料适应性广、负荷调节性强及环保性能优良等特性在我国得到了快速发展。经过短短的十几年,我国已是世界上装机数量最多、装机容量最大的国家。目前我国循环流化床锅炉机组的总装机容量已经超过了90 000MW,其中仅300MW级循环流化床锅炉机组已经投运40多台,在建与拟在建的300MW循环流化床锅炉机组超过了70台。通过对我国300 MW级循环流化床锅炉机组2008~2010年来的运行数据的调查,对机组的可靠性、经济性以及环保性作了全面的总结与分析,并与同等级的煤粉锅炉机组进行了比较。能够对今后更大型机组的设计以及运行提供较好的参考,甚至对我国循环流化床行业今后的发展起到一定的指导作用。

Abstract:Circulating Fluidized Bed(CFB) combustion technology is being developed rapidly in China because of its excellence in fuel flexibility,load turning and environmental protection.Within the short period of several years,China becomes the country with the largest number of CFB boilers and the biggest capacity of CFB boiler in the world.At present,China’s total installed capacity of CFB boiler units was more than 90,000 MW,only 300 MW grade CFB boiler unit has been put into operation more than 40 units and exceed 70 300 MW grade CFB boiler units in building or will be built in China.Operation date in 2008~2010 years of the reliability,economy and environment protection performance of 300 MW CFB boilers were invested and analysized,and compared with PC boiler in same scale.The results provide the beneficial reference to the CFB power plant design and its operation in the future.
