| 摘 要： | 运用断裂力学理论，建立了圆柱螺旋弹簧断裂破坏的应力强度因子判据，提出了静载或变载下圆柱螺旋弹簧防断裂破坏的设计与计算方法，为制订热卷圆柱螺旋弹簧允许表面缺陷的标准提供了理论依据。

| Abstract: | APplying the theory of fracture mechanics, the stress Intensity factor criterion of a belieal spring is established. The design and calculation methods to prevent belieal springs from breaking in static load or fatigue load are introduced. It gives a theoretic reason to fix a standard of allowable surface defects for hot coiled belieal springs. |
