| Abstract: | In pursuing the agent-construction system to exercise the implementation management and investment control over government investment projects, the management system of project investment must be established, so as to effectively manage and control the engineering investment in every construction stage, avoid and reduce the overcapitalization in goverment investment projects, and increase the investment returns of the funds for construction. |
