摘    要:本文提出了大型抽水蓄能机组双向推力轴承的参数设计范围,并在3000t推力轴承试验台上试验测试了双向推力轴承的性能参数.采用计算机数据采集系统,以获得试验瓦的瓦面油膜厚度分布、油膜压力分布和瓦温度分布等.试验取得了大量可靠的数据.结果表明,所设计的双向推力轴承参数合理,能够满足大型抽水蓄能机组的需要.

Abstract:The range of bi-directional thrust bearing parameters of large pumped-storage hydro-unit is presented,The test of performance parameters of bi-directional thrust bearing were done at 3000t thrust bearing test stand. To get detailed information about the distribution of the oil film thickness, pressure and temperature of the test bearing pads, the characteristic of bi-directional thrust bearing were tested by means of computer data acquisition system. Valuable measurement data were obtained. The results show that bi-directional thrust bearing parameters designed are reasonable, and reliable to various bi-directional thrust bearing application.
