天然气计量误差分析及改进措施

摘    要:天然气计量现在仍以差压式流量计中的孔板流量计为主。在实际生产中,由于影响差压式流量计测量误差的原因非常复杂多变,往往导致其不能满足测量精度要求,因此.找出影响其计量误差和提出改进措施对现实生产活动有着重要的意义。从计量仪表误差、使用条件变化误差和其他因素引起误差3个方面分析了引起计量误差的主要因素,并提出了6方面的改进措施,最后对现在的计量工作提出了建议,展望了未来孔板流量计的发展方向。

Abstract:The metering of natural gas still presently depends on orifice flowmeter, one of differential pressure flowmeters. In practical production, there are many complicated reasons causing metering errors, which fail to satisfy the precision requirements of metering, so it is of great importance for practical production activities to find out the metering errors and advance corresponding improvement measures. This paper analyzes the main factors causing metering errors from the following three aspects,e, g. error of metering instruments, error of changes of use condition and other factors, then advance improvement measures from six aspects and finally put forwards suggestions to the present metering work and forecast the developing direction of orifice flowmeter in the near future.
