摘    要:本文讨论了在Windows环境及VC 6.0平台下,通过编程控制IK121计数卡实现对外部数据的采集.分析和比较了Windows下的并行I/O端口通讯方式和7种定时方式的应用,着重介绍了利用标准通信函数和自定义的通信类以及多媒体定时器来实现实时数据的采集,并给出了部分代码.实验证明,此方案是可行的,采用软件方式实现了数据采集,并保证了数据的正确性和完整性,定时分辨率由系统定时器的55 ms提高到1 ms.本文在用VC 6.0编程实现对外部的数据采集的实践上有创新,对于从事实时控制及Windows环境下编程的人员有很好的参考价值.

Abstract:An external data collection solution through IK 121 PC Counter card programming in windows and VC 6.0 platform is presented.Discusses how to use VC6.0 to develop data collection on IK 121 PC Counter card in the Windows. Analysis and comparison of the parallel I/O port communication mode as well as seven kinds of timing methods are given. The real time data collection implemented by standard communication function and user defined communication class and multimedia timer is highlighted in this paper. Details of the program and part of the codes are also given. Experiment results show the feasibility of this solution and the guarantee of data correctness and integrity, and the timing resolution increase to 1 ms in comparison with 55 ms of system timer. We made some innovation on external data collection by programming with VC 6.0, and will bring some inspiration to researchers on real time controlling fields and it is also suitable for programming staff in windows environment.
