摘    要:介绍了一种新型润滑油添加剂S-(2-巯基苯并噻唑)O,O/-二烷基二硫代磷酸酯的制备过程及其性能。采用旋转氧弹法、PDSC法和四球摩擦磨损试验机考察了其在矿物基础油中的抗氧化性能和抗磨性能以及与几种抗氧化和抗磨添加剂间的协同性能。结果表明,这种新型润滑油添加剂具有较好的抗氧化性能和抗磨损性能,并与添加剂lube-515复配时具有较好的协同性能。

Abstract:In this paper,a novel multifunctional lubricant additive,derivative of 2-mercaptobenzothiazol was presented along with its synthesis process.Testing units such as rotary bomb oxidation test(RBOT),pressurized differential scanning calorimeter(PDSC) and wear tester were employed to evaluate the tribological and antioxidation performance of said additive when used in hydrogenated base oil.The morphologies of the worn surfaces were observed and examined by means of scanning electron microscopy(SEM).The synergistic performance of said additive with other antioxidants and anti-wear additives was studied as well.Results indicated that this novel additive exhibited excellent anti-wear and antioxidation performance.Furthermore,said additive showed good synergistic effect with additives Irganox L57 and Lube515 on improving the antioxidation and tribological performance of base oil,respectively.
