摘    要:提出了根据实测的转子临界转速、轴承座的动刚度值和已知的转子结构参数识别轴承油膜刚度的新方法。并以300MW汽轮发电机现场试验数据为例验证了识别方法。该方法识别精度较高而且不需要对运行中的转子进行加载,因而实用性较强。图3表5参10

Abstract:A new method is presented for identifying oil-film stiffness of bearings by making use of the actually measured critical rotor speed and the dynamic stiffness of the bearing pedestal together with known structural parameters of the rotor. This way of identification has been verified by on site test data of a 300 MW turbo-generator, taken as an example. The accuracy of identification by this method is relatively high and moreover doesn't need any external forces to be exerted on the rotor. It therefore has a good practicability.
