摘    要:针对涟钢CSP基板生产的DDQ冷轧冲压板产品,进行了不同工艺制度下的退火实验,比较了不同退火工艺对产品组织和冲压的影响.在此基础上研究出较优的退火工艺制度并用于实际生产,改善了产品的冲压性能.通过本文研究,优化了涟钢的DDQ级冷轧冲压板的退火工艺,提高了钢板深冲性能,基本满足了用户需求.

Abstract:Annealing experiments of different technologies were conducted for the DDQ cold sheets rolled with CSP strips,produced by CSP continuous mill,Lianyuan Iron and Steel(Group) Company.The purpose of annealing tests is to study the effects of different technologies on microstructure and drawing property of DDQ cold sheets.The optimum annealing technology was obtained on the basis of annealing experiments and was used in the annealing of DDQ sheets in cold plant,Lianyuan Iron and Steel(Group) Company.The anneali...
