摘    要:研究了不同的混凝药剂对造气废水处理的效果,考察了药剂组合、投加量的影响因素,分析了运行的经济成本,确定了最佳药剂及其投量。混凝剂PAC的最佳投加量为140mg/L,此时,COD和SS的去除率分别为29.6%和60.1%;助凝剂PAM和DC-491都可以提高PAC的混凝效果,当PAC的投加量为140mg/L时,PAM和DC-491的最佳投加量分别为2mg/L和4mg/L;单独使用SX-P时,最佳投加量为160mg/L,此时的COD和SS去除率分别为41.8%和71.5%,混凝效果优于PAC与助凝剂的联用。因此,实际工程中选择SX-P作为混凝剂,并取得了良好的运行效果。

Abstract:The effect of different agents on the treatment of coal gasification wastewater was investigated through coagulation experiments.The combination of agents and its dosage were discussed and the economic cost analyzed.The optimum agents and doses were confirmed.With the increase of coagulant dosage,the COD and SS removal rate also increased. The optimum PAC dosage was 140mg/L,and at this time,COD and SS removal rates were 29.6%and 60.1%respectively. PAM and DC-491 could improve the coagulation effect of PAC.When the PAC dosage was 140mg/L,the optimum dosage of PAM and DC-491 were 2mg/L and 4mg/L respectively.If SX-P is used alone,its optimal dosage was160mg/ L,and the COD and SS removal rate were 41.8%and 71.5%respectively,which was higher than that of PAC,PAM and DC-491.Therefore,for a actual project,SX-P is preferred as a coagulant,and can achieve good operating results.
