车载电子设备电磁兼容设计方法

摘    要:电子设备之间的电磁干扰越来越多,电磁兼容性已经成为设计时必须予以充分考虑的重要因素之一。以某车载电子设备为例,结合设备的特点,有针对性地采取了一系列的电磁兼容设计方法,如仪表窗口和机箱缝隙的屏蔽、电缆敷设,电源线滤波、接地等;并对测试后仍存在的电磁兼容问题进行了分析,采取了改进设计,从而使该车载电子设备获得了更为理想的电磁兼容效果。

Abstract:With increasingly high requirement,EMC has become one of the important factors having to be considered in electronic device design.With a vehicular electronic device as example,the paper takes a series of corresponding EMC design steps,such as shielding for instrument window and case slots,cable layout,power cable filtering and grounding,analyzes the remaining EMC problems after test,and provides an improved design to achieve better EMC for vehicular devices.
