| Abstract: | The establishment of HSE management system and its preparatory application were introduced in Zhong-Luo long distance oil pipeline. Its trouble and related notice were pointed out also. It is important that leader pays great attention of the system at first, its basis is all of employee training and the key is strict examination. |
