开关电源中开关管及二极管EMI抑制方法分析研究

摘    要:随着电子技术的不断进步,开关电源向高频化、高效化方向迅猛发展,EMI抑制已成为开关电源设计的重要指标。本文结合开关电源中开关管及二极管EMI产生机理,列举出并接吸收电路、串接可饱和磁芯线圈、传统准谐振技术、LLC串联谐振技术四种抑制EMI的方法,并对其抑制效果进行比较分析。

Abstract:With the progress of electronic technology, the switch power supply turns to high frequency and high efficiency development, so restraint of EMI has become the important index in the design of the switch power supply. Base on the principle of EMI which is generated by switch and diode, this paper offers four kinds of methods which can restrain it. The first, parallel connection absorbing circuit; the second, in series with saturated magnetic loops; the third, tradition resonance technology; the forth, LLC resonance technology.
