柴油加氢改质装置铵盐堵塞的原因及对策

摘    要:延安炼油厂柴油加氢装置因上游装置供氢中所含的氯化铵和加氢反应过程中生成的硫化铵等结晶物,造成新氢压缩机二级入口过滤器、高低压换热器、管道等堵塞,严重影响该装置长周期运行。采用增设气相低温脱氯反应器、预加氢气体过滤器、注水等办法,从而解决了装置铵盐的堵塞问题。

Abstract:Long term cycle run of diesel hydro-upgrading plant was seriously affected by the ammonium salts crystallization which blocked the second entrance filter of hydrogen compressor,high pressure heat exchanger,low pressure heat exchanger and pipeline.The ammonium salts crystallization problem has been dealt with by application of low temperature gas dechlorination reactorand pre-hydrogenation gas filter,waterinjection and so on.
