摘    要:新疆独山子石化裂解装置现具有年产220kt乙烯能力,共7台裂解炉。为应对原料多样性,提高双烯收率,将汽油加氢单元的碳五馏出物并入石脑油作为原料进行裂解,出现大部分裂解炉运行和烧焦过程中进料量难以达到设计值或操作弹性大幅降低的现象。文中介绍了表现最严重的4号裂解炉进料困难的原因及相关解决措施。

Abstract:The ethylene plant at PetroChina Dushanzi Petrochemical Company has an annual ethylene output of 220,000 tons and 7 cracking furnaces.To adapt to diversified raw ma-terials and improve ethylene and propylene yields,C5 from gasoline hydrogenation unit is sent to cracking furnaces together with naphtha.During the operation and decoking of most of the cracking furnaces,design feed rate cannot be met or the operation flexibility is significantly reduced.This article takes No.4 cracking furnace,where the most severe problem is found,as an example to analyze the reasons and put forward corresponding measures.
