摘    要:以水为溶剂、过硫酸盐为引发剂,以丙烯酸(AA)和烯丙基磺酸钠(SAS)为单体,合成了丙烯酸-烯丙基磺酸钠(AA-SAS)共聚物阻垢剂。探讨了单体配比、引发剂用量、反应体系温度和分子量调节剂对聚合物阻垢性能的影响。结果表明,共聚物对磷酸钙阻垢作用具有阈值效应,当用量大于12mg/L时,阻垢率约为99%。

Abstract:A copolymer inhibitor of acrylic acid sodium allylsulfonate (AA SAS) was synthesized with water as the solvent, persulfate as the initiator and acrylic acid (AA) and sodium allylsulfonate (SAS) as the monomers. The effects of proportioning of monomers, quantity of initiator, temperature of reaction system and conditioning agent of molecular weight on the anti scaling performance of the copolymer were evaluated. The results show that the said copolymer has a threshold effect on inhibiting the scaling of Ca3(PO4)2 and its scale inhibition efficiency is about 97%when the dosage of it is higher than 12 mg/L.
