| 摘 要： | 以海南省保亭县山洪灾害监测预警系统为例,初步介绍了山洪灾害监测预警系统的总体框架、监测预警平台、预警信息发布服务等功能模块的设计要求。保亭县布置11个自动监测站,基本覆盖全县范围,实时监测小流域雨量、水位。在2010年10月份,海南省两次强降雨中,保亭县山洪灾害监测预警系统发挥作用较为显著,最大限度减少人员伤亡和财产损失。
