阳离子交换树脂催化合成富马酸二甲酯

摘    要:采用国产强酸性阳离子交换树酯 S- 54作催化剂 ,对以富马酸与甲醇为原料的酯化合成富马酸二甲酯的反应过程进行了研究。考察了原料配比、催化剂用量、酯化时间、反应温度等操作条件对富马酸二甲酯收率的影响 ,并运用正交实验法确定了反应的最佳工艺条件为 :醇酸摩尔比为 8∶1 ,;催化剂相对于富马酸的用量为 40 % ;酯化时间为 8h;反应在沸腾状态下进行 ,催化剂以颗粒状加入并辅以不断的搅拌 ,可加速反应的进行。

Abstract:Esterification of fumaric acid with methanol catalyzed by strong acid cation exchange resin S-54 was carried out. Some factors of the reaction, such as feed ratio, load of catalyst, reaction time, reaction temperature and external diffusion were studied. The optimal operation conditions were obtatined by using orthogonal experimentation: The feed ratio of methanol to fumaric acid is 8∶1, the ratio of catalyst to fumaric acid is 40%, reaction time is 8 hours and reaction temperature is the boiling temperature of mixture.
