便携式坐标测量仪的最佳测量位姿研究

摘    要:提出了一种利用现有五自由度便携式坐标测量仪提高工件测量精度的测量方法。该方法在已知设备关节转角随机误差量及测量点的情况下,通过反求各关节处可能的角度值,并在相应的各关节转角组合下,加入转角的随机误差量,重构相应姿态下的测头坐标,然后与已知测量点比较得出该姿势下受角度随机误差影响的最大值,不同的位姿对应不同的最大值,把最小的一个最大值对应的位姿作为最优测量位姿。文中通过引入两球模型和间接球法,大大的减少了反求角度过程中的计算量。

Abstract:This paper puts forward a measuring method of improving the measure accuracy of five freedoms portable coordinate machine. This scheme with the joint Angle random errors and the measuring points known is to reverse the Angle, and computer the corresponding probe coordinate with the angle random error, and then compare the result with the given ones to find the maximum error. Different poses have different maximum errors, and the minimum of maximum corresponding pose error is called optimal measurement pose. Through the introduction of the two balls models and indirect ball method, greatly reducing the ball reverse Angle of computation.
