含Nb-Ti微合金汽车用钢高温变形组织及力学性能的研究

摘    要:研究了含Nb-Ti微合金汽车用钢高温变形时的软化行为和晶粒析出,对析出物的尺寸和分布进行了电镜分析。通过单道次和双道次压下模拟实验,分析了试验钢在不同温度和不同变形条件下的流动应力及显微组织。这些研究为制定最佳控轧工艺,得到细化奥氏体晶粒,获得良好的组织、性能打下了理论基础。

Abstract:This paper studies the softening behavior and precipitat io n under high temperature deformation for Nb-Ti micro-alloyed automotive steels. The sizes and distribution of the precipitation particles were observed by TEM a nalysis. Single-pass and double-pass compression tests of thermal simulation exp eriment were carried out to investigate the flow stress and microstructure in di fferent temperatures and deforming conditions for the steels. These investigatio ns have laid a theoretical foundation to establish the optimal controlled rollin g parameters to produce fine grain steels with good microstructure and propertie s.
