| 摘 要： | 讨论了MPEG-4编码器中码率控制的工作原理,并基于ARM7TDMI设计、实现了一种流控算法模块,通过软件仿真及在视频硬件编码器中的实际应用和测试,证明该设计工作稳定,能够实时控制视频编码器的输出比特流.

| Abstract: | In this paper, the theory of controlling the bit rate of encoder is analyzed and discussed in detail, and then the design of the module based on ARM7TDMI for our MPEG-4 coding system is described. Simulation results and practical applications show that the bit rate control module works efficiently and that the output bit rate is constant. |
