| 摘 要： | 可靠性综合评价对研究光纤保护通道有着重要作用。阐述了可靠性综合评价方法，简要描述了其基本步骤。介绍了层次分析法和模糊层次分析法的基本原理。并以某省电力光纤保护通道的2006到2007年度数据为实例，引用模糊层次分析法，建立指标模型，用Matlab软件编写仿真程序，计算指标权重，按层次进行排序，得到可靠性的综合评价结果。由综合评价结果可以看出可靠性指数的综合增长情况，并可具体看出各个指标的变动情况，从而为采取相应措施加以改善提供依据。
