摘    要:以Power定律为基础,建立初级成核和二次成核作用下的蔗糖连续冷却结晶过程粒度分布的数学模型,运用Euler方法进行求解。

Abstract:The mathematical models are established to describe the ctystal size distribution (i. e. CSD) in the continuous sucrose coolinmg erystallization, containing the role of primary and secondary nucleations on the basis of Power's law. The computational results by Euler algorithm indicate that the coolimg rate will affect immediately CSD and the grcater influence on CSD is taken by primary nucleation when cooling rate is small, but the influence of secondary nucleation on CSD can not be neglected when cooling rate is high, A suitable cooling rate is proposed.
