| 摘 要： | 将模糊评价方法引入市政道路工程质量评价中。用系统层次分析法确定质量要素的权重值，对定量指标和定性指标分别采用数理统计法和专家估测法确定其模糊隶属度。在此基础上建立市政道路工程质量模糊综合评价模型，为客观评价市政道路工程质量开辟了一条新途径。

| Abstract: | This paper will take a fuzzy synthetic evaluation method into evalution of municipal road engineering quality. It defines
the weighted value about quality factor by the system gradation analysis method, determines its fuzzy subordinate of fixed quality, and
determines the nature index by mathematics statistics and the professional estimation method. A new way of objectvely evaluating mu
nicipal road construction and model of fuzzy synthetic evaluation about municipal road construction can be build on the basis of the analyses above. |
