摘    要:利用计算机仿真系统便于试验的有利条件,结合延迟焦化装置的生产情况,在仿真系统上对焦化、吸收稳定、干气脱硫3个部分分别探索了实际极限生产能力,找出了制约生产能力的“瓶颈”,并用仿真系统的试验结果指导实际生产和装置改造。几年来,通过改造一部分设备和流程,消除了“瓶颈”,使装置达到满负荷生产,3年累计多加工减压渣油0.24Mt,取得了良好的经济效益。

Abstract:By taking facilities of computer simulation system and combining the operation of the delayed coking unit, the ultimate processing capacities of three parts, i, e, coking, absorption and stabilization as well as dry gas desulfurization parts were explored on the simulation system. The bottlenecks limiting processing capacity were found, and the test results of simulation system were used to guide the revamping and production of the unit. The bottlenecks were eliminated through revamping of part of equipment and process scheme, and the runing of the unit with full capacity was guaranteed for several years. Totally extra 240000 t of vacuum residue has been processed for 3 years and good economic benefits were obtained.
