| Abstract: | The article analyzes the project of the Harbin Internationa Convention, Exhibition and Sports Center on its design tactics, spatial construction and technical scheme, design process and creation experiences and conclud that buildings for the purpose of convention and exhibition must cater to the convention ＆ exhibition economy and comply with the laws of the market. |
