不同电极结构处理腔下的脉冲电场灭菌对比

摘    要:对同轴电极处理腔和细管组-板电极处理腔内的牛初乳进行了动态脉冲电场灭菌(PEF)处理,研究了稍不均匀电场与极不均匀电场下的灭菌效果.分别比较了两种电极结构下试品流速相同和高于临界场强区域内脉冲个数相同时的灭菌率.试验结果表明:在脉冲个数相同情况下,细管组-板电极结构处理腔灭菌效果始终好于同轴电极处理腔.

Abstract:The effects of pulsed electric field(PEF) treatment in slightly nonuniform electric field and highly nonuniform electric field are investigated by using coaxial electrode treatment chamber and tubes-plate electrode treatment chamber.Inactivation effects of the two types of electrodes are compared with same flow rate and the same pulses number in area of which electric field intensity is higher than critical electric field intensity.The test results shows:If pulses number is same,inactivation effect of tubes-plate electrode treatment chamber is better than coaxial electrode treatment chamber all the time.
