利用ISO法检验复合水泥、粉煤灰水泥时固定水灰比引起的思考

国家建材局于1999年9月17日颁发了关于实施水泥瓣标准的通知。其核心内容是将当时的水泥强度检验方法（GB177-85）改为ISO法，目的是为了适应世界经济发展一体化的客观要求，使我国水泥产品与水泥强度检验方法与国际标准接轨。通知明确要求新标准于1999年12月1日开始实施，原标准自2000年12月1日废止。在实施和废止日期之间为过渡期。按照ISO法，水灰比由0.44左右变为0.50。大量的实验研究数据表明，对复合水泥和粉煤灰水泥的强度检验采用0.50的固定水灰比时约有三分之一的试样无法成型，建议修改复合水泥和粉煤灰水泥检验方法中的固定水灰比，可按胶砂流动度适当增加水灰比。

Considering for stationary water-cement ratio in testing compound cement and fly ash cement by ISO code

The National Building Materials Bureau promulgated a notice about the new standard of cement of September 17th,1999.Its main idea is to change the tesxing method of cement strength into ISO code in order to meet the objective demand of the world economic development and the international standard of the cement strength and the cement products.The new standard begun to use on December 1st,2001 and the old one was abolished on Decemer 1st,2000.During the traditional period,accordng to ISO code the water cement ratio is changed from 0 44 to 0 5. A large number of experiments show that about one third samples can't be formed in tesxing strength of compound cement and fly ash cement by using water cement ratio.Suggest revising the water cement ratio in tesxing compound cement and fly ash cement.Increase the water cement ratio.
