气体静压轴颈轴承振动频率特性研究

摘    要:针对气体静压主轴的运动特性和气体静压润滑轴承的参数结构,提出了采用质量一弹簧结构方法来等效气体静压轴颈轴承系统,并建立了系统二自由度运动方程,最终确定了系统的主坐标系和固有频率。仿真实验证明,当气源干扰力频率与系统的固有频率相等时,会发生共振现象,导致主轴中心运动轨迹发散。

Abstract:Due to rotation characteristics of spindle and definite parameterized structure of aerostatics lubricated bearing,mass-spring structural method equivalent to aerostatics bearing system was introduced and system main coordinates and inherent frequency were obtained by establishing dual movement equation.The simulating experiment shows when disturbing frequency of gas resource equals to inherent system frequency,it gives rise to resonance phenomenon and disvergence in rotated center track of spindle.
