焊接熔池的振荡和焊缝成形的自适应控制

摘    要:昵反热和力作用下的焊接熔池总存在着振荡模式与熔池的几何形状、特别是焊接熔池的熔透与否紧密相关。而熔池振荡频率则是振荡模式和焊缝熔透量的一个特征相关量。因此,实时检测熔池荡模式和焊缝熔透量的一个特征相关量。因此,实时检测熔池振荡频率就可以获得熔池深度,即焊缝熔深的相关信息。团结怎样检测熔池振荡频率和确立频率与熔深的相关性。国外已经经历了15年以上的研究历程,一种焊缝成形自适应控制新思路正在日趋成熟。

Abstract:Due to the arc heat and pressure action,in the weldpool there is always oscillation,which has firmly correlation with the weldpool geometry shape,especially the weld penetration. And the weldpool oscillation frequency is the characteristic parameter of the weldpool oscillation pattern and the weld penetration. Then the correlative information of the weldpool depth,usually defined as weld penetration,can be acquired by sensing the weldpool oscillation frequency in real-time. At abroad,there has been a 15 years research history on how to sense the weldpool oscillation frequency and how to define the correlation between the weld penetration and the weldpool oscillation frcquency. A new adaptive control method on weld geometry shape is being developed.
