锌合金的液态模锻强化

摘    要:利用SEM,TEM,XRD及能谱分析研究了铸态和液态模锻ZA12,ZA27合金的显微组织,结构表明液态模锻不仅使晶粒细化,还具有固 化和弥散强韧化效应,富铝α相中Cu增多,断口形貌转变为韧性断口。

Abstract:The microstructure and phase constituents of ZA12 and ZA27 alloy prepared by casting and liquid metal forging process have been comparatively researched by means of SEM, TEM, XRD and energy spectrum analyses. The results show that the microstructure has been changed a lot by using the liquid metal forging process. The crystal grains of the tested alloys are fined and the dendritic interval is reduced. The copper content in the aluminium--rich phase has been increased and the effect of solution strengthening and dispersion strengthening on the structure is obvious. The fractograph is transformed from a brittle one into a tough one.
