摘    要:为降低H.264分数像素插值运算复杂度和存储访问量,提出了一种滤波系数可变、系数和不变的分像素插值算法。算法以目前视频编码标准H.264的分像素内插算法为基础,根据视频图像情况确定滤波系数。与H.264标准相比,可以降低18%的空间复杂度,计算复杂度相当,存储需求小。实验结果表明,该算法提高了峰值噪声比(PSNR),降低了比特率(Bit-rate),提高了编码性能。

Abstract:In order to reduce computational complexity and memory access store of H.264 fractional-pel interpolation,an improved filtering algorithm for fractional-pel interpolation was proposed,in which the filter coefficients are variable and the sum of all the coefficients is unchanged.Based on the fractional pixel interpolation algorithm for motion compensation in current video coding standard H.264,it determined filtering coefficients according to the variation of the motion vector.Compared to the algorithm in H.264,18% spatial complexity was reduced,computation complexity was about the same.The experimental results show that the PSNR is increased and the Bit-rate is decreased by the improved filtering algorithm and show the coding efficiency is enhanced.
