重型车液力减速器的换热器匹配与仿真分析

摘    要:为了研究重型车液力减速器的散热问题,选用D300型液力减速器为研究对象。对充液率100%工况下的D300型液力减速器利用计算流体力学CFD软件进行了数值模拟。通过数值模拟得到其在相同时间内、不同转速下未加换热器时的闭口温度。为了保证液力减速器能在正常的温度下进行工作,匹配换热器时选用了体积小巧的板翅式换热器。同时,为了提高翅片的散热效率,选用了锯齿型翅片。最终根据D300型液力减速器散热量的需要,匹配了一款满足重型车使用的换热器。

Abstract:In order to study cooling problem on the hydrodynamic retarder of heavy vehicle,the hydrodynamic retarder D300 is chosen.The hydrodynamic retarder D300 with liquid-filled ratios of 100% is numerically simulated by using the software of CFD.The closed temperature without heat exchanger is gotten in the condition of the same time and the different rotating speed.The plate-fin heat exchanger is chosen when matching heat exchanger,because it ensures that the hydrodynamic retarder can work at normal temperature.The serrated fin is chosen at the same time,in order to improve the cooling efficiency of the fin.According to the cooling needs of the hydrodynamic retarder D300,the heat exchanger that can meet the use of heavy vehicle is matched eventually.
