液力减速器动态制动性能预测分析

摘    要:为了在产品设计时全面预测及评价其制动性能,采用CFD数值模拟分析的方法对液力减速器动态制动性能进行了预测。经过数值仿真计算,得出了制动力矩与充液率、制动时间与制动力矩两条重要关系曲线,为液力减速器产品设计过程中的性能预测提供了较可靠的方法。

Abstract:In order to predict and evaluate braking capacity comprehensively of designed products,CFD numerical simulation method was taken to predict dynamic braking performance of hydrodynamic retarder.Through simulating and analyzing,two important curves are gotten.One is the relation between braking moment and filling rate,the other is the relation between braking moment and braking time.All these work will provide more reliable method for predicting its capacity during the hydrodynamic retarder design.
