摘    要:Ti-6Al-4V钛合金具有比强度高、耐腐蚀性强、高温力学性能稳定、生物相容性好等一系列优点.是使用最广泛的钛合金之一.但其耐磨性较差。本文分析了Ti-6Al-4V钛合金不同形式磨损失效的起因,对其常用的表面耐磨处理技术进行了评述。研究表明。采用表面工程技术如电镀、化学镀、热喷涂、化学热处理、气相沉积、离子注入、表面氧化处理、激光表面合金化等对其进行处理。是提高其耐磨性的有效手段。同时讨论了Ti-6Al-4V钛合金各种表面耐磨处理技术的特性和适应性。并指出了进一步研究的方向。

Abstract:Ti-6Al-4V alloy possesses a remarkable combination of characteristics such as high special strength, superior corrosion resistance, stable high-temperature mechanical properties and good biological compatibility, which makes it find a wide variety of uses. However, its wear resistance is very poor.The origin of different types of wear failures and the surface abrasion resistance treatment technology of Ti-6Al-4V alloy has been reviewed through a detailed analysis in present paper. Adopting the surface engineering technology, includes Electro Deposition, Electro less Deposition, Thermal Spraying, Thermal-chemical Treatment, Vacuum Deposition, Ion Implantation, Surface Oxidation Treatment, Laser Beam Surface Modification and so on,is an efficient measure to improve its wear resistance. The characteristics and adaptability of these technologies used in Ti-6Al-4V alloy were discussed and some future works were suggested.
