链式铸型机爬行的动力学模型和防爬行技术设计

摘    要:分析了铸型机链带不规则振动、爬行的危害,建立了直线链式铸型机爬行的动力学模型,分析引起爬行的原因为动静摩擦系数相差太大,系统刚度不够。在此基础上设计了新型滚轴系统和液压张紧装置,以有效防止链带的爬行。

Abstract:The irregular vibration of chain and the harm of crawling in the casting machine were firstly analyzed, the crawling kinetic model of linear chain casting machine was established. The crawling was caused by the big difference between static and dynamic friction coefficient and insufficient stiffness of the system. A new roller system and hydraulic tension apparatus were designed to prevent the crawling of chain belt effectively.
