摘    要:采用液相化学还原法,制备了锂离子电池用SnSb复合负极材料。通过SEM、XRD和恒流充放电实验,研究了反应溶液浓度对SnSb合金相组成、颗粒形貌和电化学性能的影响;研究了粘结剂PVDF含量对电极循环稳定性的影响。在氯化物和还原剂NaBH4浓度分别为0.04 mol/L和0.10 mol/L时,得到的产物中金属间化合物(SnSb相)的含量最高,制备的电极循环性能也相对较好;当PVDF的含量为10%(质量比)时,制备的电极在200 mA/g的电流下循环稳定性较好。

Abstract:SnSb composite anode material for Li-ion batteries was synthesized by reduction precipitation method.The effects of solution concentration on the phase composition,particle morphology and electrochemical performance of SnSb alloy were characterized by SEM,XRD and constant current charge-discharge experiments.The effect of PVDF content on the electrochemical properties of electrode was studied.The content of intermetallic(SnSb phase) was the highest in the product synthesized from 0.04 mol/L chlorides and 0.10 mol/L NaBH_4 solutions.The prepared electrode exhibited a preferable electrochemical property.The electrode containing 10%(mass ratio) PVDF displayed a good cycle stability at current of 200 mA/g.
