石英晶体谐振器负载谐振参数测量方法的改进

摘    要:在基于阻抗计方法测量石英晶体谐振器的负载谐振频率和负载谐振电阻时,由于负载电容的接入造成石英晶体谐振器与负载电容接点对地的高阻抗,使得接点对地分布电容和晶体插座电容成为影响其测量精度的主要原因,这种影响的数量关系可以根据石英晶体谐振器的实际电参数模型导出。采用内置的负载电容并由内置的电容计对等效负载电容实现实时测量,采用间接测量方法测量负载谐振电阻,可显著提高其负载谐振参数的测量精度。

Abstract:When load resonant frequency and load resonant resistance of quartz crystal are measured by crystal impedance meter method, the main impacts on the measuring accuracy are distributed capacitance between the crystal socket and the ground and the capacitance between the two points of the socket, because the load capacitance will cause the high impedance to the ground between quartz crystal and the socket.The functional relation can be proved basis on real model of the quartz crystal. The high measuring accuracy of load resonant resistance can be obtained by utilizing inner load capacitor and the real time measurement of its capacitance and indirect measurement load resonant resistance.
