德国被动房对我国建筑节能发展的启示——以寒冷地区居住建筑为例

摘    要:从发展历程、标准规范、技术策略及政策支持等多个方面对德国被动房建设进行分析与阐述。通过将其与我国寒冷地区居住建筑现行节能规范和设计标准进行对比,提出我国寒冷地区居住建筑下一步节能工作的发展重点。从政策法规、规划设计、建造施工及材料研发等多个角度,提出适合我国寒冷地区气候特点的建筑节能规划目标,以期对建筑节能的发展与推进提供必要的借鉴与启示。

Abstract:From the perspectives of development history, standard and code, technological strategy, policy support, and so on, this paper elaborates and analyses the technology of German passive houses. By comparison between Chinese Design Standard for Energy Efficiency of Residential Building in Sever Cold and Cold Zones and German passive house criteria, the paper points out the future emphasis of energy saving agenda in Chinese cold zones, and puts forward the goal of building energy saving appropriate for Chinese cold zones from aspects of policy standard, planning, construction, and material research and development.
