| 摘 要： | 本文在文献〔1〕提出的洪水频率区域综合法中正、负效益概念的基础上,着重探讨洪水频率非均一地区正、负效益的识别。通过寻求研究分布参数在地区上的先验信息,建立有一定统计依据的假想地区,大量统计试验结果表明,地区统计量—偏态系数的变差系数 Cvcs 可作为识别地区信息加入所产生的正,负效益的定量指标.

| Abstract: | Based on the concepts of positive and negative gains in regional flood frequency analysis proposed by the Wu & Hou(1990)further researches on identification of positive and negative gains for regional heterogeneity were made.The prior information was determined and hypothetical region with the certain statistic properties was constructed.The results from the Monte Carlo experiments show that the coefficient of variation of coefficient of skewness Cvcs can be considered as an index for identification of positive and negative gains in regional flood frequency analysis. |
