摘    要:为了使复合材料板弹簧的力学性能达到最优,采用动态差示扫描量热法研究了复合材料板弹簧用预浸料的固化动力学特性,确定了复合材料层压板的最佳固化工艺.同时研究了在最佳固化工艺条件下制备的复合材料层压板的力学性能.结果表明:温度越高板弹簧用预浸料的固化速度越快,预浸料的最佳固化工艺为90℃/1h+125℃/1h.在最佳固化工艺下复合材料层压板的固化度可达到96.7%,且复合材料层压板的基本力学性能与优质合金钢相当,说明该预浸料可以满足板弹簧产品的性能要求.

Curing process of prepreg for composite leaf spring

Abstract:To improve the mechanical properties of composite material plate spring ,the curing kinetics of prepreg for composite leaf spring was studied using differential scanning calorimetry experiment and the optimum curing process of composite laminates w as determined ,then the mechanical properties of the composite laminates were tested .The results indicate that the curing rate of prepre g for composite leaf spring increases with the increasing temperature;the optimum curing process is determined as 90 ℃ for 1 h ,and then 125 ℃ for 1 h .Under the optimum curing process ,the curing degree of the composites laminate reaches 96 .7% ,and the basic mechanical properties of composite laminates are similar to those of high‐quality steel ,w hich indicates that the prepreg meets the performance requirements of leaf spring .
