镍包覆氧化铝复合粉末的制备

摘    要:研究探索了一种新的制备热喷涂用镍包氧化铝复合粉末的方法——配位均匀沉淀-碳热还原法,并成功地制备出了黑色镍包覆氧化铝复合粉末,利用X射线衍射(XRD)和透射电镜(TEM)等测试方法对产品进行分析表征。结果表明:制备的镍包覆氧化铝粉色泽均匀,平均粒径小于0.3μm,且原料利用率高,无其他杂质。

Abstract:A new method for preparing Ni coated alumina composite particles named coordination homogeneous precipitation-thermal reduction with carbon was researched,and Ni coated Al_2O_3 core-shell composite particles were prepared. The composite particles were characterized by TEM and XRD. The size of composite particles were uniform with average particle size less than 0.3 μm. This new method had the advantages of convermient operation, high utilization rate of raw materials, and no impurity.
