铣削过程刀具破损原因的探讨

摘    要:探讨了切出过程中的负剪切现象及其对刀具破损的影响。采用高速摄影及测量切出时铣削力的变化,并通过弹性力学分析证明:切出时的负剪切现象使卷曲的切屑以刀刃为轴线转动,导致刀楔的应力严重恶化是刀具破损的主要原因。最后提出了一些防止刀具破损的措施。

Abstract:The phenomenan of negative shear and its influence on the destruction of cutters are further studied. It is proved that the negative shear which results in the curly cutting scrap rotates on the cutting chin and makes the strees distribution worse at the outer wedge is the primal cause of the cutter destruction, by means of high speed picture and measurement of milling force variation at cut-out and analysis of elastic thoory. At last, the measures to decreases cutter destruction are proposed.
