T8钢的干滑动磨损行为

摘    要:本文系统研究了T8钢中不同显微组织的干滑动磨损机制和磨损性能。结果表明,在轻微磨损时,钢的磨损量差别不大。在严重磨损时,磨损量差别较大。不同显微组织的耐磨性按粒状珠光体、马氏体、贝氏体和片状珠光体的顺序依次增加。文中对此进行了深入分析。

Abstract:The dry sliding wear mechanisms and wear behaviors of various microstructures in steel T8 were systematically studied. The results show that there are no obvious difference in wear volume for various microstructures under the condition of mild wear. Under the condition of severe wear, considerable difference in wear volume of various microstructures was observed. Wear resistance of different microstructures increased in the following order, nodular pearlite, martensite bainite, lamellar pearlite. The reason of this was discussed in the paper.
