备用设备的可靠性评估方法

摘    要:在许多重要的工作系统中,备用设备是用来防止重大事故的安全保护设备,除了运行故障外,启动故障也是影响这类应急备用设备可靠性的主要因素。本文提出院一种同时考虑启动故障与运行故障后备用设备的可靠性评估方法,并建立了相应的评估概率模型。实例计算分析表明,该方法具有较好的工程实用意义。

Abstract:In many important engineering systems, standby equipment is used as safety facilities to protect the systems from critical accidents. Starting failure as well as operating failure is the major factor that influences the reliability of the emergemey standby equipment. A method, in which both the starting and operating failures are considered, is proposed in this paper for reliability assessment of the standby equipment, and the probability model based on this method is derived. The application for a practical example indicates that the method has prospect engineering significance.
