电弧光谱信息及其在焊接过程测控上的应用

摘    要:本文从焊接电弧光谱信息内容及其应用实例两个方面揭示了光谱信息与弧焊过程物理现象之间的本质联系,同时说明光谱诊断法在弧焊过程测控中的意义和应用潜力。对焊接电弧光谱信息的开发利用提供了一些有益的经验。

Abstract:In this paper the essential relations between the optical emission and the physical properties during the are welding process are investigated in both the character of spectrum and the practical application aspects. Some examples we have made in are provided as well, it is shown that the spectral information and spectroscopic diagnostics are of remarkable potentialities to the measurement and control of welding process.
