磨削过程动态模型的建立及其参数辨识方法的研究

摘    要:本文在分析前入磨削过程动态模型的基础上,建立了考虑如下因素的动态模型。①将砂轮和工件间的接触阻尼引入磨削过程。②将动态模型的各参数作为磨削状态的函数。③通过分段线性化处理,推导和分析了磨削过程的特征方程。接着,对磨削过程动态模型中机床结构传递函数的求取,砂轮磨损的测量进行了讨论。最后,磨削过程颤振的仿真计算和实验结果较为吻合,从而验证了模型的正确性。

Abstract:On the basis of previous dynamic models of grinding process, new model is build up in which some factors re introduced as follows; 1) the contact damp between wheel and workpiece is introduced into grinding process; 2) the model is considered as the parametric model of grinding states; 3) its characteristic equation is solved by using the method of linearization step by step. And then some problems in measuring several parameters in the dynamic model such as the transfer function of machine tool structure and the wheel wear are discussed. At last it is shown that the computer simulation of grinding process coincides with the experimental results and the model is effective and correct for analyzing grinding process.
