偏心轴楔横轧成形理论与工艺

摘    要:首次研究了偏心轴楔横轧成形理论与工艺,从理论上推导了偏心变形的辊形曲线,给出了极限偏心量,并以CA141汽车轴-备胎升降器为例进行了试验,进一步证明了这一理论与工艺的可行性。研究结果对于发展楔横轧理论,开拓楔横轧成形的新领域,扩大工程应用,都有十分重大的意义。

Abstract:The theory and process of forming eccentric shafts was first proposed in this paper. The functional equation of die surface for forming eccentric shafts and the maximum eccentric dimension were presented. The test for forming eccentric shafts used in the model of CAld1 truck was made as an example. The process was fully proved to be feasible by the test. The research results will play an important role in extending the appling field and engineering application of the process of cross wedge rolling.
