摘    要:本文研究了20SiMn2MoV高强度结构钢在蒸馏水和盐水中的腐蚀疲劳和应力腐蚀开裂行为。试验结果表明,应力比R对da/Dn-ΔK曲线及断裂机制类型有显著影响。提出了能够描述R影响的以ΔK和Km(Km=1/2Kmax+Kmax])为坐标轴的腐蚀疲劳裂纹扩展机制图,并讨论了断裂机制转变的条件。

Abstract:Corrosion fatigue crack growth behaviors in a high strength steel (20SiMn2MoV) subjected to various stress ratios (R=0.2, 0.3, 0.5, 0.8) loading, while immersed in saline water (3.5% NaC1) or distilled water, were observed. The testing results indicat that stress ratio has an important effect on both da/Dn-△K curves and crack propagation mechanisms. Based upon it, the corrosion fatigue crack propagation mechanism map (CFCPM map) with Km(=0.5(Kmax+Kmin)) versus △K as coordinates has been built up. Criteria for the changes from one corrosion fatigue mechanism to another are presented in CFCPM map and discussed.
