行星齿轮油膜浮动均载特性分析

摘    要:用有限差分法求解二维Reynolds方程,得到了行星齿轮油膜压力分布、偏位角、偏心率的数值解;导出了油膜刚度表达式并给出了选取最佳半径间隙及计算均载系数的方法;分析了行星齿轮油膜浮动均载机构的特性及应用。

Abstract:The numerical solution for the pressure distribution on the thick oil film formed between the intermediate ring and planet gear and the altitude angle and the eccentricity ration obtained by the finite difference method solving the two-dimensional Reyonlds equation. The expression of oil film stiffness is derived, and the methods determing optimum radial clearance and calculating load sharing coefficient are given. The performance of load sharing mechanism with oil film floated and the application of one are analyzed.
